The LEE Band Registration 2021-2022 (click HERE ) must be completed by ALL STUDENTS (new or returning). 

This provides us with contact info (email and phone) for each student and their parent(s).

With the exception of Student Meal Forms, the status of a student's Form submissions may be monitored using Charms.  Payments are not accepted in Charms. For further instructions on using Charms click HERE.
