Student Meals

Student Meals are a service provided by the LEE Band Parent Association
It is an affordable way for students to eat dinner before games and competitions. 

Please download the order form at the bottom of this page.

Forms and payments may be submitted to your band director or a member of the LEE BPA Executive Board by the deadlines indicated below.

Cost per meal is $8.00. 

You may choose to order all meals (12 meals x $8 = $96) or you may place a check by specific events for which you would like to order a meal. 

Meals for all events must be ordered by Wed, 8/14/19.

1st payment (a minimum of half of the total) is due by Wed, 8/14/19 (1st band parent meeting).

2nd payment (any remaining balance) is due by Tue, 10/8/19 (3rd band parent meeting).

NOTE: We no longer accept payment for meals on a weekly basis.

You may pay with cash, check (payable to LEE BPA) or credit card.
