Important Items this Week:
UPDATE 7/8/2020

Parents and students,


I want to start off by saying I hope everyone has been safe and healthy throughout these crazy times.  As of today, July 8th, we are scheduled to start our summer band camps on July 20th.  I am sure between now and the time we start camp, plans will inevitably change but I would like to have a meeting on July 16th at 6:30pm for all incoming and returning members and their parents/ guardians via ZOOM to discuss what our summer camps will look like this year.  


With many questions still up in the air, I want to make sure the safety of our students and staff are our number one priority.  I am sure I will receive more direction from our administration in the near future but I want to make sure everyone is able to make it to our virtual meeting prior to our camps starting so we are all on the same page.  


It is so very important for everyone to attend this virtual meeting as we will take a look at what the LEE band Fall semester will look like.  Please plan on being in attendance so we may be able to answer any questions you may have at that time.

UPDATE 4/22/2020
Hi all,

We have two dates that the district has provided us in order to pick up any items from your lockers or drop off any instruments (this is for seniors) and pay any dues that you have remaining. These are the ONLY dates that we will have to drop off or collect any items.  If you share a locker, WE ARE NOT responsible for items returned to you due to sharing lockers.  Please hold on to those items for your locker partner until we see them again. The parking lot/ band lot will not  be available so parents will have to drive through the bus loop near the practice football field to drop off/ pick up items.  Any items not picked up will be kept in storage.  Seniors MUST show up on their date in order to turn in school owned instruments.  

May 7th from 10am-12pm SENIORS ONLY will drop off instruments/ pick up any items you have in your locker.  We will not be allowing ANY students in the building.  The directors will bag all items in your locker and take them out to your vehicle.  At that time any remaining fees can be paid off.  Please email me at hescob@neisd.net if you have any questions on how much you owe prior to the end of the school year.

UPDATE 4/17/2020

Hi all,

Hope all is well and everyone is healthy and safe.  Although things are still uncertain, we still need to push forward and start looking into next school year.  We will need ALL students to re-register for the next school year.  Whether you are new to the program or coming back, EVERYONE must register with all of the update information.  Also, you will be receiving audition music through google classroom.  Make sure you log in and start practicing.  Video uploads will be due MAY 1st.  Please make sure you practice.  You will have as many opportunities to record yourself so make sure you submit the very best recording.  Thank you all and stay safe.

Every new and returning band member must complete this form to provide contact information (email and phone) for students and parent(s).

New York Trip Information

Thank you to everyone that has registered.  This is a reminder that the first deposit was due on May 7th, 2019.  It is important that the company receives your first deposit so they may secure a spot for you with all of their vendors.  

Please make your first payment by May 17th,2019
